Joe Figueroa and Olena Shvets (LIR Salsa)Baltimore Salsa Festival was the debut of the LIR Salsa Dance performance. The new addition Olena Shvets comes to us from the Ukraine. An accomplished Ballroom competitor and Latin teacher. She brings it all to her performances and social dancing. Expect to see more of her in time.
